What a great game. My 13 year old solved the case first. Woke up early on Saturday morning and everything... That's how intense & involved the investigations of this game got. Anyway, if you're looking for a fun activity, LOVE solving mysteries... this is for you.
The actual thing was all fun and my family connected the dots well when we played, but there was ONE CLUE, the lock, which had a BULLSHIT combination that we only unlocked because one of our people was messing with the lock and found it. The clues on the website which we checked after finished just made us think that NOBODY would ever find it without help.
I never write reviews let alone bad ones, yet I have emailed the company due to this reason and they have ignored it, and still haven’t gotten back to me. I had recently purchased this game and spent three hours trying to figure it out, just to realize they missed one of the most important clues in the box that determined what the killers motives were! I usually wouldn’t be too upset but it’s not like this was a cheap game! And to not get back to a costumer with a complaint about a mistake the company made is incredibly bad costumer service and honestly just gave me a bad impression of the company in general. The games are usually fun but hey if you can’t afford to waste your money I guess don’t get it! Not only was my money wasted but my time! I was able to guess however without the clue none of the game made sense. Very disappointing!
Not a single thing mentioned or lead to who the murderer was not did it say the killers name
Felt like there should have been at least a time of death that might have made it better. overall I still love hunt a killer and this is the first out of many that I thought was just ok.
