What exactly am I paying for?
A $50/year membership. It's not the cost of the games — you still buy each case — it's the key that unlocks early access, 2-week-early shipping, 1.5× points, and a bonus surprise on every case for a year.
Does it renew?
Yes — one charge a year, auto-renewing at the then-current price so your perks never lapse. We'll email you before each renewal. Cancel auto-renewal anytime before the date and you won't be charged again.
How does the free shipping work?
Free shipping applies only to new games, and only during that game's new-game window — from when it starts shipping until the next case begins shipping. If a case launches in January and the next one in April, your January case ships free for that entire window. It doesn't apply to older catalog cases or other products — but there's always a current free-shipping game in the Locker.
What if I join after the early window?
You can still get the newest case with free shipping — you've just missed the coolest part: getting it early. All the other perks still apply for the rest of your year. For Blood & Ink, the early-access cutoff is July 3.
Do I earn more Killer Rewards points?
You do. Members get 1.5× points on every purchase, all year. Membership has its privileges; ours involve murder.
The fine print
Our lawyers wrote this part. They're still not as fun.
- Eligibility. Evidence Locker (the "Membership") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older with a valid payment method and shipping address.
- Membership fee and automatic renewal. The Membership costs $50 per year (plus applicable taxes). By enrolling, the member authorizes Hunt A Killer to charge the member's saved payment method the membership fee at sign-up and to automatically renew the Membership each year at the then-current annual rate, charged on or around the anniversary of enrollment, until the member cancels auto-renewal. The membership fee is separate from, and does not include, the purchase price of individual cases or other products.
- Renewal notice. Hunt A Killer will send notice to the member's email address on file before each annual renewal charge, identifying the renewal amount and approximate billing date. If the annual rate has changed, the member will be notified before being charged.
- Cancellation and refunds. Members may cancel auto-renewal at any time through account settings or by contacting support; cancellation stops future renewals and the Membership remains active through the end of the current paid term. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Individual cases are subject to the standard Hunt A Killer return policy.
- Membership benefits. While the Membership is active, the member is entitled to: (a) early access to purchase new cases ahead of general public availability, with such early-access cases shipping approximately two (2) weeks prior to public launch; (b) free standard shipping on the current/newest case; (c) Killer Rewards points earned at 1.5× the standard rate on qualifying purchases, subject to the Killer Rewards Program Terms; and (d) a bonus item with each new case. Benefits apply only while the Membership is active and may be modified as described below.
- Free shipping. Free standard shipping applies to the then-current/newest case and remains in effect until the next case begins shipping, at which point the free-shipping benefit transfers to that newer case. Free shipping covers standard domestic shipping only; expedited methods, oversized items, and non-case products may be excluded. Early-access purchase windows are announced per case; to receive a case early the member must purchase it within that case's announced early-access window. Ship dates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, address errors, and supply constraints may affect delivery timing.
- Bonus items. Bonus or surprise items included with member purchases are promotional, have no cash value, may vary, and may be discontinued at any time.
- Payment failures. If the renewal charge fails, Hunt A Killer may retry the payment method and will notify the member; benefits may be suspended until payment is completed, and the Membership may lapse if payment is not received.
- Changes to the program. Hunt A Killer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Evidence Locker program, its benefits, the membership fee, or these terms at any time with notice by email and/or posting to this page. Material changes to the fee or renewal terms will be communicated before they take effect.
- Privacy and communications. Membership requires transactional emails (renewal notices, order and shipping confirmations); these cannot be opted out of while the Membership is active. Personal information is handled per the Hunt A Killer Privacy Policy.
- General. Void where prohibited. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of the Hunt A Killer Terms of Service.
