Q: Can I apply more than one gift card at checkout?
A: Unfortunately, no. If you happened to receive multiple gift cards (someone loves you) please reach out to our customer support team at sam@huntakiller.com.

Q: Can I use a discount code with my gift card?
A: Sorry! Gift cards are not able to be combined with other promo code offers.

Q: Can I use my gift card for a term other than stated on my card?
A: Yes, but only for a longer term than stated on your card. The entire amount on your card must be used at checkout.

Q: Will my subscription automatically renew?
A: Yes! Your gift card will apply towards your initial purchase, and then your subscription will renew at the end of the term you chose.

Q: My code isn't working at checkout, what gives?
A: Be sure to choose a subscription term equal to or longer than the term on your card. Applying a 12-Month value card to a 6-Month subscription won't work. If that isn't the issue, please reach out to our customer support at sam@huntakiller.com.

Q: Why do I need to enter my credit card if my gift card covers the entire purchase?
A: We're a subscription! Your credit card is necessary to continue beyond the initial transaction. If you find you don't want to continue, you may cancel at any time prior to 3 business days before your last episode ships.

Q: Can gift cards be redeemed on existing subscriptions?
A: Unfortunately, no, only on new subscriptions. So for example, if you already have a Hunt A Killer: Mystery subscription, your gift card can only be applied to a Hunt A Killer: Horror subscription, and vice versa.
