Once you've completed a season, you'll begin the next season the following month so you never miss a minute of the fun.

Hunt A Killer is an immersive subscription experience that is shipped each month. A lot of our members compare it to their favorite TV shows, because 6 boxes make up one season of Hunt A Killer. You can choose from a 3 (half season pass), 6 (full season pass) or 12 month (double season pass) package. and you can cancel at any time. No matter which plan you choose, you will receive a package every month containing letters, objects, evidence, and clues. Each monthly package provides further insight into the case.

Everyone is different, so we can’t say for sure how long you’ll take. Some members report spending between 2-3 hours on each episode going over the clues and piecing the story together, while others say they have spent over 8 hours. We find the best detectives take longer and revisit boxes to really dig into the added layers in each episode. Test your detective skills and look at every possibility as you make your way to solving the case till the end!
We also have a forum and Facebook community where fellow detectives share tips and hints with others who are working on the same episode, and we offer hints and reveals for members who find themselves stuck on a particular box.
If you like the experience, but lack the time to devote to it right now, we offer a Pause Subscription option that allows you to pause your subscription for 30 or 90 days, then will pick up where you left off. You can find this option in your member account.
Or, if you’re able, collect a few boxes and use them the next time you have friends over so you have more to work through together. We’ve found that involving your family and friends can make the experience even better!
While we would hate for that to be the case, we know Hunt A Killer is not for everyone. Simply cancel directly from your member account or contact our support team at [email protected], and we'll be happy to help. You do need to cancel before your subscription renews to avoid your next charge. Because of the nature of the game, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on delivered episodes.

If you want it to be a surprise, we recommend signing up with your own email address and forwarding the introductory emails to the recipient once they receive their package.
All of our memberships are auto-renewing, so when you no longer want to pay for your friend’s subscription, reach out to us and we’ll help transfer your payment to them.
