Hunt A Killer Members receive one package each month. These packages contain tools, physical objects, and correspondence that aide in the discovery of a story.
+ Why do you limit new memberships?
We feel that quality is better than quantity. By limiting new Memberships, we can keep a better eye on the quality of our product, and ensure all of our Members are receiving the best possible experience.
+ How long is each case?
Cases are continuous, and the big story continues indefinitely. Think of this like The Silence of the Lambs, where Hannibal Lector is weaving you through different dark stories.

You may pause your Membership at any time by logging in to your account.

+ What is your refund policy?
Although we would be sad to lose you as a member of our community, you are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. Don’t worry, you will still receive all the boxes you were charged for. If your subscription is monthly, this may mean you receive one more box after you place your cancellation (if you cancel after the first of the month but before you receive your next box in the mail). If your subscription is biannual or annual, you will continue to receive your boxes until the end of your purchased subscription period, but you will not be charged at the time your subscription is up for renewal.
